Skin and Markings
Fumi bodies are usually covered in a tough, elastic hide which is velvety soft to the touch. Most fumis are in fact completely hairless aside from the occasional presence of eyelashes. Fumis shed their skin in a similar way that humans do, via fine particles of dandruff, which isn't usually noticeable.
Fumi skin come in such a vast array of markings, colors, and optical effects that no two individuals look exactly alike, even those as closely related. There is no limitation to the colors and markings a fumi can come in, however some markings are difficult to produce naturally and are thus considered a premium feature.

Unnatural MarkingsAny markings that a fumi can't produce naturally. These include perfect shapes (such as hearts, stars, squares, words, ect.) and highly intricate markings (such as lace or tattoo-like markings.
Do not confuse unnatural markings with tattoos. A fumi is born with unnatural markings and very rarely occur, while tattoos can be applied to any fumi and are thus not difficult to obtain. |
