A synthetic fumi breed whose creation seems to be in celebration of all things winter, they are popular for their plush fur and happiness-inducing vapor. Strangely enough, they don't need to consume food, nutrients, or water to survive and in fact don't have teeth. Stranger still is none have yet perished at the hands of time. As a newer breed, the population is small and production is not quick enough to meet demand, so many snowfumis are owned by those wealthy and eager to add the exclusive breed to their collection.
Although they don't come in classes like a painted or dwarf fumis would, they can come in any size and body shape that those breeds come in. The plush fur, hoof-paws, antler-like horns (which are always either pronged or branched, and come in numbers of 1-4 depending on the individual), and the ability to 'gallop' through the air while levitating like Santa's fabled reindeer are among this breed's most well-known qualities. Exact markings and colors differ between individuals, but they are always natural (browns, blacks, grays, whites, creams, ect) and resemble undulate markings (deer, horses, ect) respectively. Every snowfumi has a full vapor sack that they are unable to actually inflate, and their vapor is always white with a cold/frosty touch.
New snowfumi owners are strictly warned to never, ever remove the fumi's ACA-imbued object (pictured above as a tree ornament), something that is different from fumi to fumi but always takes the form of a winter or winter holiday themed object. Removing the object quickly reveals that the breed isn't as pure-hearted as they are advertised, that a beast writhes just under the surface, it's abominable form. The speed changes occur depend on how long and at what distance the object is removed at, but always result in a similar transformation: fur grows out to become shockingly white, some markings may be faintly visible; scleras become nearly black, accompanied by wickedly sharp teeth of the same color growing in; horns and claws grow long and curved, the latter taking on the same dark color as the scleras. Abominable snowfumis are extremely hostile and will attempt to destroy anything it can get it's paws on, but whether or not this is the fumi's true form and emotions is left up to debate.
